Approach to fees
Before undertaking any work on your behalf, and incurring any fees, I will discuss your requirements with you and send you a cost estimate for the work you require to be done, which you are free to accept or reject.
Fixed cost where possible:
I can generally provide fixed costs where you require an internal issue to be addressed that doesn’t require third party input. For example; drafting terms and conditions, amending company articles of association, or working with you to produce a draft document to the point where you are happy to release to the other party.
Fee structure
Where it is not possible to communicate a fixed cost I will provide you with an estimate and will be completely transparent on fees so that you understand how much the work I am doing is costing as it progresses. I will also communicate if anything has changed that affects my original cost estimate.
