1. Private Client: I provide commercial legal services directly to business owners and managers.
2. Practice Consultancy: I provide consultancy services to firms of solicitors in private practice who either do not have the expertise I have in-house, or have a requirement for additional resource.

My name is Lynda Lawson and I am a corporate / commercial solicitor, based near Farnham in Surrey, specialising in company law with extensive experience in buying and selling companies and drafting legal agreements. I have worked for 10 years in a number of private practices supporting clients of varying size and from a variety of business sectors.
